Quantitative demand refers to the quantity of products or services that a market or a potential customer is likely to buy over a given period. This measurement is often expressed in volumes. Qualitative demand, on the other hand, refers to the characteristics or attributes that customers want to see in a product or service, such as quality, design, functionality, after-sales service, etc. This measure is often expressed in terms of customer satisfaction, preferences or unmet needs.
